1973 Began racing career while at school at 15 as a kart driver

1975 Became a member of the British, International Kart Team
1975-77 Trained as a design engineer for specialist road car conversions

1977-78 Engineer in British Formula 3 with Ron Dennis’s Project Four Racing. Driver Chico Serra

1978 Driver in British Formula Ford, finishing second in the championship

1980-81 Race engineer in British Formula 3 with Rushen Green Racing. Driver David Sears

1982 Constructed from Drawings new Formula Ford designed by Dave Baldwin to race

1983 Team manager and engineer with Van Diemen in British & European Formula 2000. Drivers Gugelmin/Senna/Bryne

1984-97 Keith formed Pacific Racing Ltd as Owner, Chairman and Chief Engineer

Pacific is the only team ever to have won every single-seater European Championship below Formula 1 and the only team to climb from the bottom rank of Formula Ford up to Formula 1

1997-2000 President of Lola Cars International and Head of World wide Sales and Marketing for the Lola Cars International group, based in Huntingdon, England.

2001-Present Became Co-owner and Managing Director of HVM Inc, as Herdez Competition, then HVM Racing LLC in 2004 and branded as CTE Racing HVM in 2005. Merged with Minardi Team USA in January, 2007

Under Keith’s control, the team has earned 6 victories, 2 pole positions and 16 additional podium finishes. In 2007, the tally included a personal-best 5 podiums and 2 wins, as the team finished 3rd in the Championship standings. In 2004, it was the No 1-ranked team for media exposure both at, and away, from the race events (at events by the official standard, Joyce Julius & Associates)
